Agency partners are web development agencies, design studios, digital marketing firms, and ecommerce consultants who implement Mage for their clients.
Commissions are paid monthly, typically within the first week of each month for the previous month's earnings. You'll receive payments via bank transfer or PayPal (depending on your location). All commission details and payment history are available in your partner portal.
You earn commission on each referred client's subscription for a full 12 months from their initial signup date. This applies regardless of plan changes or upgrades during that period. However if the client cancels their subscription before the 12 months is up, you will not earn any further commission on that client.
Your ARR is calculated based on the total annual subscription value of all your active referred clients. This includes both new clients and existing clients whose subscriptions have grown. ARR is updated monthly and your tier progression is automatic when you reach the required thresholds.
Yes! If you manage your clients' stores and would prefer all billing to go through your agency, please reach out to hello@mageloyalty.com and we'll set up a white-label arrangement for you. This includes consolidated billing, co-branded support, and volume discounts.
When you refer a merchant to Mage, you'll earn commission on their subscription for a full year. Track all your referrals and commissions through your partner portal. Make sure to register your referrals before they sign up to ensure you receive credit.
Your tier is determined by the Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) you refer to Mage. As your referred clients' subscriptions grow, you'll automatically progress to higher tiers and unlock more benefits. Tier progression happens automatically when you reach the ARR thresholds: $2,000 for Verified, $8,000 for Recommended, and $15,000 for Preferred.
All partners receive access to our partner support team, technical resources, and a dedicated Slack channel. Recommended and Preferred partners get priority support with faster response times. Preferred partners also get access to a dedicated partner manager for strategic guidance.
Yes! All partners receive qualified leads from Mage based on geographic location, industry expertise, and capacity. We also facilitate lead sharing between partners through our partner network and co-selling initiatives.
There are no minimum requirements to maintain Verified partner status. However, to maintain Recommended or Preferred status, you need to maintain the minimum ARR thresholds. If your ARR drops below the threshold, you'll have a 90-day grace period to return to the required level.
