A New Look for Mage Loyalty

After months of iteration and refinement, we're excited to unveil the third and final version of the Mage Loyalty website. A complete redesign built to reflect the platform we've become and where we're headed next.

Why the Redesign?

Back in July, we made the decision to rebrand from Loyalty Wizard to Mage Loyalty. That rebrand came with a new website, and while it was a significant step forward, the design still didn't fully capture who we are or the direction we were heading.

So we rebuilt it from scratch.

This time, the decision came down to one principle: clarity. What does Mage do? Who is it for? Why should a Shopify merchant care? Every element of the new site was designed to answer those questions without friction.

Earn. Reward. Retain.

Our new motto sits at the heart of the redesign. Three words that capture exactly what we help Shopify brands achieve. Give customers reasons to earn, reward them for their loyalty, and retain them for the long term.

We evaluated a number of directions for our messaging, and this one consistently aligned best with our mission: delivering straightforward, results-driven loyalty solutions for Shopify merchants.

A Global Presence

You'll notice a globe front and center in our new hero section. That was an intentional design choice.

When we started, it was one store in one country. Today, Mage Loyalty powers stores across multiple countries, with their customers shopping from all around the world. Our platform doesn't just serve merchants globally. It reaches their customers wherever they are. The new site needed to reflect that.

Same Powerful Platform, Elevated Experience

Our name and look are new, but everything you rely on remains the same and continues to improve. Your loyalty points, VIP tiers, referral programs, customer account sidebar, and loyalty landing pages continue working seamlessly.

The redesign reflects our ongoing commitment to helping Shopify merchants grow customer retention and revenue without complexity. A cleaner design, clearer messaging, and a better reflection of the product behind it.

Moving Forward

This is the third and final iteration of our website, and it's the one that sticks. We're done tweaking pixels and fully focused on what matters most: building the best loyalty experience on Shopify.

As the Shopify ecosystem evolves, Mage will continue delivering the loyalty program features that convert one-time buyers into repeat customers, backed by founder-led support and rapid development.

Does this affect my existing Mage Loyalty setup? Not at all. This is a website redesign only. Your loyalty program, points, rewards, VIP tiers, and all configurations continue operating normally with zero downtime.
