Love Sweat Fitness is a female-founded wellness brand built by Katie Dunlop, a certified personal trainer and sports nutritionist, to help women feel good faster. From its base in Laguna Niguel, California, the brand sells third-party-tested supplements, meal plans and recipe guides, and the MOVE workout app, all designed around women's needs. It has grown into a community of more than 20,000 women, with over 6,500 five-star reviews and a large share of customers on subscription.

“Absolutely best in class team at Mage. We have used a few other loyalty platforms in the past and nothing comes close. These guys live and breath ecom and make the process actually painless. They are also willing to customize things to actually fit your brand, which for us was a big deal. The backend is also 10/10, our previous loyalty backend was so bad, I never used it. Not the case with Mage. If you're looking for a partner in loyalty, this is the one.”
Love Sweat Fitness has one of the most engaged communities in wellness, and a product range that spans supplements, guides, and an app. The brand had outgrown its previous program on Bubblehouse. Members wanted choice in how they spent their points, subscribers wanted rewards that worked with their recurring orders without hunting for a code at checkout, and the brand wanted a loyalty experience that felt as personal as Katie's own voice. It also had to plug straight into Klaviyo and Loop.

Love Sweat Fitness migrated from Bubblehouse to Mage in a week and relaunched as Feel Good Rewards. Members earn 1 point per dollar, plus bonuses for signing up, following on social, joining SMS, leaving a review, and starting a subscription. Instead of a fixed set of coupons, points convert to store credit in whatever amount a member chooses, or to a free product from a curated menu at a better exchange rate. Four VIP tiers, Bronze Babe, Silver Star, Golden Girl, and Diamond Darling, multiply earning and layer on perks. A Mage integration with Loop applies rewards directly to active subscriptions, referrals run on a give $10, get $10 offer, and the customer account sidebar keeps shopping, orders, and rewards in one place. Everything syncs to Klaviyo alongside Mage's own emails.
No fixed coupon ladder. Members drag a slider to convert exactly as many points as they like into a discount, so a small balance is still worth redeeming and a large one is never wasted.
Members can also swap points for a product outright, from the Feel Good tote to protein and guides, at a better rate than redeeming for credit and buying the same item.
Four tiers with two reasons to climb: a bigger points multiplier on every order, from 1x up to 1.75x, and a richer birthday reward, member-only discounts, early access to new products and sales, and first access to Katie's Town Hall as members move up.
One tap on Apply to subscription puts a reward straight onto a member's active Loop subscription from inside Mage. No discount code to copy, no manual step at checkout, so subscribers get the benefit on their very next order.
A branded on-site account that surfaces points, subscriptions, recently viewed items, monthly top picks, orders, and profile. Recently Viewed alone converts 27.5% of the clicks it gets into orders.
Give $10, get $10. Friends save on their first order and the referrer earns $10 once it goes through, with device and IP fraud protection built in.
1 point per $1 spent, 65 points for signing up or leaving a review, 100 for starting a subscription, and bonuses for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, SMS, and birthdays.
Points balances and member history moved across from Bubblehouse in one week, handled end to end by the Mage team.
Points, tier, and referral data flow into Klaviyo, while Mage's own emails handle reward and tier moments out of the box.
Most loyalty programs hand members a short list of coupons and hope one fits. Love Sweat Fitness took a different route. Points convert to store credit in any amount, so a member with 120 points can use all 120 rather than waiting to reach the next rung. For members who would rather have something tangible, a curated menu of products is available for points too, and the exchange rate is deliberately better than converting to credit and buying the item. That nudges members toward the products the brand most wants in their hands, and it makes the reward feel like a gift rather than a discount. Paired with the Loop integration, subscribers can put rewards against their next recurring order without touching a code.
