Loop Returns and Mage

Loop Returns is a leading returns and exchanges platform for Shopify brands, helping you turn returns into exchanges and retain revenue that would otherwise walk out the door. The Mage and Loop integration brings that returns experience directly into the customer account, so shoppers can start a return without ever leaving the place they already manage their orders.

Once connected, a "Start a return" link appears on every eligible order in the account sidebar. Selecting it sends the customer straight into your Loop returns flow with their order details already filled in, removing the friction of order lookups and email logins. After a return is underway, customers can track its status right from the account sidebar, giving them a clear, self-serve view without contacting support.

Installing the Loop Returns Integration

From your Mage Dashboard, go to Integrations and select Loop Returns to connect your Loop account. Once connected, the "Start a return" link appears automatically on eligible orders in the customer account sidebar.
