Represent Prestige is the free membership program of the streetwear brand Represent. You are enrolled when you register an account, you earn Prestige Points through purchases, Missions and store check-ins, and your points move you through six tiers: Member, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and VIP. The headline is the discount: 10% off a first order, a $25 voucher at Bronze, then a lifetime discount of 10%, 15%, 20% and 25% from Silver to VIP. Represent says you can't drop below a tier once you have reached it.
Last checked against Represent's Prestige page (US store) and its Prestige Help Guide, last updated 20 December 2023, on 24 October 2026. Discount details come from Represent's Discounts help article, updated 5 November 2025.

How to join Represent Prestige
There is no separate application. As soon as you register a Represent account you are enrolled in Prestige, and creating the account also opts you into marketing and Prestige communications. No purchase is required. You can also sign up from the Prestige tab in the Represent app.
The page is for the US store (prices in USD). Represent also runs UK and EU stores with their own Prestige pages, which show the same tiers and discounts, with the voucher listed as £25 and €25.
How you earn points
Represent says you earn Prestige Points "on every purchase, complete Missions, check in at flagship stores". The page adds that points can be earned in store, online and through brand engagement.
| Action | Points |
|---|---|
| Purchases | Earn rate not published |
| Missions: Signup to Prestige | 50 (shown on the page's Missions example) |
| Missions: Complete your Preferences | 50 (shown on the page's Missions example) |
| Missions: Download the Represent App | 10 (shown on the page's Missions example) |
| Birthday | 50 points: the Discounts help article says Prestige members "can redeem 50 points to celebrate your birthday" |
| Flagship store check-in | Points, amount not published |
Represent calls Missions "challenges for reward bonuses" and says they "reward real engagement with exclusive point bonuses". The three missions above are the ones shown in the page's example, so treat the list as a sample rather than the full set.
New points are pending for 20 days "to take into account returns and any other unforeseen circumstances and return windows". They are added to your balance after that.
Active points and lifetime points
Represent tracks two things. Active points can be redeemed for discounts. Lifetime points are the total you have earned since joining, and they decide your tier. Spending active points doesn't lower your lifetime points, which is how Represent can promise that redeeming never costs you a tier.
Active points expire 12 months after your last purchase, according to Represent's Help Guide. The same guide also describes active points as the points earned in the last 12 months, so check your dashboard if the exact expiry matters to you.
How to redeem
The lifetime discount is a code you generate, not an automatic discount. Represent's steps:
- Each time you shop at representclo.com, go to the Redeem Points page and redeem your lifetime reward.
- A code is generated on screen.
- Copy it into the promo code box at checkout.
In the app, open the Prestige tab, then My Prestige, to redeem and generate rewards.
Represent's Discounts help article adds the rules:
- Only one discount code can be used per order, and codes can't be combined with other promotions.
- Codes can only be used on full-priced items, not on sale or outlet items.
- A code you redeem is valid for one year unless stated otherwise.
- The minimum spend depends on the code. The terms for each code sit under it on your Prestige dashboard.
- Gift cards can be used together with a discount code.
If you redeem a reward and don't use it, Represent says it expires and the points go back to your balance, which can take up to 12 hours.
Represent Prestige tiers and perks
Represent shows tiers as a table of tier points, discounts and perks. Here is what each tier adds on top of the one below, based on the table on the page.
| Tier | Tier points | Discount | Adds |
|---|---|---|---|
| Member | 0-250 | 10% off first order | Birthday reward, early access, wallet pass, faster checkout, streamlined customer service |
| Bronze | 250-499 | $25 off voucher | Tiered vault access, tier upgrade bonus, double points promotions, in-store bookings, bespoke app icons, customer surveys and polls |
| Silver | 500-999 | 10% lifetime discount | Tier exclusive product, category unlocks (for example homeware), free standard delivery, focus groups |
| Gold | 1000-4999 | 15% lifetime discount | Dedicated customer service on WhatsApp |
| Platinum | 5000-9999 | 20% lifetime discount | The discount increase; no new perks in the table |
| VIP | 10000+ | 25% lifetime discount | Physical Prestige Card, Christmas gift, dedicated VIP support, prototype testing, elite member events |
The page says members receive "lifetime discounts on every purchase you make" and "upgrade bonuses that increase your benefits the more you engage with the brand". Represent describes the membership card as dynamic, reflecting your tier.
Can you drop a tier?
No. Represent's Help Guide says: "Members cannot be demoted from a tier if they redeem points which takes them below a tier threshold. Once you rank up a tier you will never drop back down below that tier you have earned."
What Represent doesn't publish
- How many points a purchase earns per $1.
- How many points the lifetime reward or other redemptions cost, if any.
- Whether the $25 Bronze voucher is a one-off, and its minimum spend.
- The size of the points reward for a store check-in, or the full list of Missions.
- The Prestige page itself has no "last updated" date. The Help Guide that covers the points rules was last updated in December 2023.
The fine print
- Discount codes only work on full-priced items, not sale or outlet items.
- One code per order, no stacking with other promotions.
- Codes you redeem are valid for one year unless stated otherwise.
- New points are pending for 20 days.
- Active points expire 12 months after your last purchase.
- Registering an account also opts you into marketing and Prestige communications.
- Withdrawing from the program ends your ability to earn or redeem points, per Represent's California Financial Incentive Notice. You cancel by emailing Represent's customer support.
- Member and Bronze both list 250 points on the page, so the exact boundary between them is unclear.
What stands out about Represent Prestige
The reward is a percentage, not a points balance. Most loyalty programs make points the value. In Prestige, points decide your tier and the tier decides your discount. The 10% to 25% discount arrives as a lifetime benefit rather than something you spend down, which makes the ladder easy to read: more engagement, bigger percentage.
Status is permanent. Many tiered programs ask you to requalify each year. Represent says you never fall below a tier you have reached, and that redeeming points can't cost you status. That removes the fear of "losing" something.
The perks go beyond discounts. The table includes tier-gated product access (vault access, tier exclusive product), service perks (WhatsApp support, dedicated VIP support) and co-creation perks (surveys, focus groups, prototype testing). For a streetwear brand, access is part of the value alongside the percentage off.
The discount is claimed, not automatic. Members generate a code each time. That adds a step, and it also means each order starts with a reminder of the benefit.
What members should know going in:
- The earn rate isn't published. You can't work out how much you need to spend to reach a tier from the public pages.
- Discounts exclude sale and outlet items. If you mostly buy on sale, the percentage applies to little.
- Active points expire after 12 months without a purchase. The tier does not.
- The terms are dated. The Help Guide is from December 2023, and the Prestige page has since added Missions and the app.
Is Represent Prestige worth joining?
Yes, if you buy from Represent at full price. It is free, there is no minimum to join, and the first order comes with 10% off. If you plan to keep buying, the Silver tier and above is where it becomes a standing discount, and the permanent tier means the progress you make is kept.
If you buy mostly in sales, the discount codes won't apply to those items, so the benefit is smaller. Early access, product drops and the app are still available to members, though.
What Shopify brands can learn from Represent Prestige
Prestige is a tier-first program, and a few of its ideas travel to any Shopify store:
- Let tiers carry the reward. When the discount belongs to the tier, the ladder is the pitch. Customers can see the next rung and what it pays. In Mage you can set up VIP tiers with tier-specific rewards, so each level has its own discount.
- Make status permanent if you want long-term loyalty. Represent never takes a tier away. Mage's tier progress expiry can be set to Lifetime, so progress never decays and there is no downgrade to manage. Price the top rung before you commit, because a permanent discount applies to every future order.
- Add a pending period for returns. Holding points for 20 days covers the return window for apparel. Mage has an approval delay on earning, so points are confirmed only after the window.
- Give non-purchase actions a place. Missions put sign-up, preferences and app downloads on the same points ladder as purchases. Mage supports earning rules for sign-ups, birthdays, reviews and social actions.
- Use access as a perk. Early access and member-only drops cost little and suit drop-driven brands. Mage tags customers in Shopify by VIP tier ("Mage VIP Tier: Silver"), so you can use the tier in segments and early-access lists.
If you're building a Shopify loyalty program like this, Mage covers the structure: points earned as the tier entry method, tier entry rewards and tier-specific rewards, points expiry and a Wallet Pass on specific plans. We've written a step-by-step guide to setting up a loyalty program like Represent Prestige on Shopify.
