Each customer's loyalty details appear directly in Re:amaze under Customer Attributes while your agents work a conversation. They can see the current points balance, VIP tier, personal referral link, and the date the customer joined your program, all without leaving the helpdesk. That context helps agents recognise VIPs, answer rewards questions, and deliver service that feels personal.
