The Savage X Fenty Rewards Membership is a paid monthly membership that costs nothing in a month you skip. In the US, Savage X Fenty charges $69.95 on the 6th of each month and gives 2 Member Credits for that billing, each redeemable on an eligible item or set valued up to $50, or both together on one valued up to $100. Members who skip between the 1st and the 5th aren't charged, with no limit on skips, and still shop at member pricing. Neither the page nor the terms mention points or tiers: the fee buys credits, and the credits expire 12 months after they are issued.

How billing and skipping work
The membership runs on a monthly calendar. On the 6th of each month Savage X Fenty charges the card on file $69.95 and adds 2 Member Credits to the account. A member who doesn't want that month's credits opens the Membership tab of their account between the 1st and the 5th and selects "Skip This Month", and nothing is charged on the 6th.
Skipping doesn't end the membership. Members who skip every month pay nothing and still get member pricing on full-price styles, so the $69.95 is a payment for credits, not an entry fee. Our arithmetic: billed every month for a year, a member pays $839.40 and receives 24 Member Credits.
The terms add that the card is charged monthly, that Savage X Fenty may suspend or cancel the membership if a payment fails, and that members are told by email if the fee changes. Gift card balances can't be used to pay the membership fee.
How Member Credits work
Each billing issues 2 promotional Member Credits. One credit can be redeemed on any eligible item or set valued up to $50, and two credits together can be redeemed on one valued up to $100. The page's value ladder also lists three credits for an item or set valued up to $150. Members can use both credits at once or split them across purchases.
Credits expire 12 months after the date of issue, and Savage X Fenty reminds members before they lapse. Credits don't cover sales tax or tariff surcharges.
Our arithmetic: $69.95 for two credits that can cover an item or set valued up to $100 means the fee is below the value cap, which is why Savage X Fenty tells members to spend credits on items worth more than $69.95.
Returning an item bought with credits. Items bought with Member Credits can only be returned or exchanged for Member Credits or store credit. Returning a whole item or set restores the credits, and reinstated credits keep their original expiry date (if they have already expired, they expire 12 months after reinstatement). Returning part of a set gives pro-rated store credit and doesn't reinstate credits.
The free underwear pack or bra
After every 5th billing, members receive a free underwear pack or bra. Billings don't have to be consecutive, so skipped months don't reset the count. The shipping fee isn't included, and the reward expires 90 days after the date of issue.
Our arithmetic: each free item follows five billings, which cost $349.75 in fees.
Member perks
The perks table on the page compares Rewards Members with Guests, and the terms add the thresholds. Members get everything below; guests get a 30 day return window and a higher free shipping threshold.
- Savings: Up to 25% to 50% off full-price styles, including monthly new arrivals, which the terms describe as retail pricing on almost all items. Members also get early access to collabs and new drops, and access to member-only sales and offers.
- Shipping: Standard shipping in the 48 contiguous states is free on orders of $79.95 or more for members and $100 or more for guests, and $8.95 below those amounts. Rush shipping is $17.00.
- Returns: Free returns and exchanges in the US and Canada within 90 days of shipment for members. Guests have 30 days and pay a $6.95 return fee.
- Fenty Beauty and Fenty Skin: An emailed code for 15% off Fenty Beauty and Fenty Skin every second Tuesday of the month.
- Birthday and cash off: A birthday offer during the birthday month, and shopping cash off bonuses four times a year.
- App and support: Access to a members-only shopping app, which requires an active membership. In a month of billing, members also get a dedicated hotline (US only) and access to select exclusive merchandise.
All perks can change at Savage X Fenty's discretion, and some carry minimum purchase thresholds or geographic limits.
Cancelling and refunds
Members can cancel by phoning 1-855-SAVAGE-X (available 24/7), using live chat, or cancelling online in their account. There is no cancellation fee, and only the registered member or the holder of the payment method on file can cancel. Cancelling doesn't stop anyone shopping, but member pricing ends.
Unused Member Credits aren't lost on cancelling. They keep their 12 month expiry from the date of issue and can still be redeemed for an item or set valued up to $50 (one credit) or $100 (two), but without member pricing.
The terms call the $69.95 monthly charge nonrefundable, with no refunds or credits for partially used rewards. The returns section makes one exception: if a member hasn't made a purchase and asks for a refund of a monthly billing, it goes back to the original payment method as long as the credits haven't expired.
The fine print
- Savage X Fenty may refuse or cancel a membership without notice, and memberships can't be transferred or resold.
- Benefits can be added, removed, changed or limited at any time.
- Credits cover merchandise only: sales tax and tariff surcharges are paid separately.
- App access depends on keeping an active membership.
What Savage X Fenty doesn't publish
- What "valued at" means. Credits cover an item or set "valued at up to" $50 or $100, and the terms don't define whether that is the member price, the full price or something else.
- What decides 25% or 50%. The discount on full-price styles is a range of up to 25% to 50%, with no published rule for which styles get which rate.
What stands out about the Rewards Membership
The fee buys credits, not access. Member pricing stays with the membership in a month you skip, so a member who never pays still shops at member prices. The $69.95 buys 2 credits, which makes the program closer to prepaid store credit than to a fee for access, and it changes the pitch from "pay to join" to "pay when you want credit".
The skip window is short and fixed. Members have five days a month to skip, and the charge lands on the 6th. A member who misses the window is billed and receives that month's 2 credits, which stay usable for 12 months.
Credits are capped by item value, not by dollars. A credit buys an item or set valued up to $50, so a member gets the most from it on a higher priced piece. That nudges members toward sets and larger items, and it is why Savage X Fenty says to use credits on things worth more than the fee.
Loyalty is counted in billings, not months. The free item arrives after every 5th billing, and billings don't have to be consecutive. A member who skips often reaches it slowly, and one who is billed monthly reaches it about every five months.
What members should know going in:
- The charge lands on the 6th unless you skip by the 5th. The skip is manual each month.
- The fee isn't refundable, apart from the returns section's case of a billing with no purchase and unexpired credits.
- Credits expire after 12 months, whether or not the membership continues.
- Returns work differently for credit purchases. The whole item or set restores the credits; part of a set doesn't.
Is the Rewards Membership worth joining?
If you buy from Savage X Fenty a few times a year, the membership costs nothing to hold as long as you remember to skip each month, and you still get member pricing, the longer 90 day return window and lower free shipping thresholds. Skip until you have a purchase in mind. If you buy sets or higher priced pieces regularly, the credits are the point: two credits cover an item or set valued up to $100 for $69.95, and a free pack or bra arrives every five billings. If you can't be sure to skip by the 5th, set a reminder, since the monthly charge is nonrefundable apart from the no-purchase case in the returns section.
What Shopify brands can learn from Savage X Fenty's membership
Several mechanics of this paid membership scale down to a Shopify brand.
- Let members pause the fee without leaving. Savage X Fenty keeps member pricing during skipped months, which keeps the relationship alive when a customer doesn't need credits. A brand can keep a base member price for everyone enrolled and sell credits or extras on top.
- Make the credit a pre-payment on merchandise. A fee that turns into store credit feels less like a subscription charge. A brand can tie each monthly credit to an item value, so members trade up to the pieces with better margins.
- Reward persistence, not streaks. Counting billings rather than consecutive months lets customers who skip still earn the free item. A brand can award a gift after a set number of paid cycles.
- Give members a reason to open the email. A monthly emailed code for a second brand gives a membership a regular touchpoint apart from the charge.
