Eberjey's loyalty program is free and has no points. Shoppers in the continental US join by creating an account and opting in, start at Tier 1, and move up by spending: $300 reaches Tier 2 and $1,000 reaches Tier 3. Tier 1 brings a welcome gift and 20% off in your birthday month, and the higher tiers add early access, pre-orders, in-store events and, at the top, Express 2-day shipping and a $20 voucher for gifting.
Last checked on 28 October 2026 against Eberjey's loyalty page and its tier table as of 28 October 2026, and the program FAQ as of 15 April 2026. Prices are in US dollars.

How to join Eberjey's loyalty program
Joining takes an Eberjey account and an opt-in to the program. Follow the prompts to create the account on eberjey.com and you are enrolled in Tier 1 automatically, with no purchase needed. The program is limited to individuals, one account each, and members must be 18 or older and live in the continental US.
Add your birthday under My Account to unlock the birthday offer. Marketing emails matter too: the welcome gift, the birthday offer and the other benefits are delivered by email, so you need to be opted in to receive them.
How you earn: spend moves you up the tiers
There are no points. A member's progress is the amount spent, and the tier table sets two thresholds: Tier 2 at $300 and Tier 3 at $1,000. Eberjey describes the program as rewarding how often you shop, but the thresholds are in dollars.
Some arithmetic of our own, using the price of $158 for the Gisele Printed TENCEL Modal Long PJ Set on Eberjey's site as of 30 September 2026: two of those sets come to $316 and clear the Tier 2 threshold, and seven come to $1,106 and clear Tier 3.
All purchases made on eberjey.com and in Eberjey stores count, except gift cards, gift boxes and services such as monogramming and shipping. In a store, tell the sales associate your loyalty details so the purchase is added to your account. Online, stay logged in.
Returns reduce your total. When you return an item, the spend it added toward your tier is deducted, which can drop you a tier and take away the matching rewards.
What you get at each tier

The benefits stack up the ladder: Tier 2 keeps everything in Tier 1 and adds access benefits, and Tier 3 adds shipping speed, events and the voucher. The sign-up discount and welcome gift are listed at Tier 1 only.
How to redeem your benefits
There is no balance to spend. Eberjey delivers each benefit as an email with instructions, and you redeem it at checkout while logged in with the email address you used to join.
- Welcome gift. After sign-up you receive an email with a redemption code. Log in, add the gift item to your cart and enter the code at checkout. The gift cannot be combined with other offers unless the email says so.
- Birthday offer. Members who entered their birthday are invited by email to redeem it during their birthday month. It cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.
- Express 2-day shipping (Tier 3). Eligible members receive an email with instructions. At checkout choose "Express (2-3 Business Days)" under Shipping Methods. It is complimentary on purchases of $100 or more, and the shipping method cannot be changed after the order is submitted.
- Give a gift, get a gift voucher (Tier 3). Eligible members receive an email 30 days after a purchase that includes a gift box, and orders without a gift box do not qualify. Enter the voucher code in the "Discount code or gift card" field at checkout.
When tiers and rewards reset
Eberjey's FAQ says tier status is not for life: it resets every year on January 1. Benefits and rewards expire on December 31 of each calendar year, and the program starts again on January 1, so unused perks do not carry over. Redeem the birthday offer, welcome gift and any vouchers before the year ends.
The fine print
- The program is free and limited to individuals, one account per person, for residents of the continental US aged 18 or over.
- Gift cards, gift boxes and services (monogramming, shipping) do not count toward tiers.
- The welcome gift and birthday offer cannot be combined with other offers unless Eberjey says so in the email.
- Email delivery matters: members need to be opted in to marketing emails to receive redemption instructions.
- Returns deduct the original spend from your total and can change your tier and rewards.
- Questions go to loyalty@eberjey.com.
What stands out about Eberjey's program
It rewards status, not a balance. With no points, a member never has a number to watch or a catalogue to spend it in. The ladder is spend thresholds that unlock access (early access, pre-orders, events) and service (shipping speed, surprise gifts). For a premium sleepwear brand, that makes the program about being first and being looked after rather than about discounts.
The top shipping perk sits on top of an existing threshold. Eberjey's site advertises free US shipping on orders of $100 or more, and Tier 3's Express 2-day shipping applies to purchases of $100 or more as well. The perk is speed: it upgrades an order that would already ship free.
The year is the unit of the program. A reset on January 1 and expiry on December 31 give every member the same starting line each year and a reason to spend before year end. The cost is that a member who reaches Tier 3 in November has a few weeks to use what they have earned.
The gift mechanic recruits new customers. Because the Tier 3 voucher is released only for orders that include a gift box, it rewards members for sending Eberjey to someone else.
What members should know going in:
- Status does not last. Tiers reset each year, so the thresholds are an annual target.
- Returns can cost you a tier. Spend that is returned is deducted, so a return near a threshold matters.
- The perks are access, not money off. Apart from the birthday discount, the benefits are early access, events, pre-orders, shipping speed and surprise gifts, and Eberjey doesn't publish how much any of them is worth in dollars.
Is Eberjey's loyalty program worth joining?
Yes, because it is free and the first tier is generous for a new customer: a welcome gift on a $125 order and 20% off every birthday month, plus whatever sign-up discount is running. If you buy Eberjey once or twice a year, join before your first order and enter your birthday, and treat the rest as a bonus. If you buy regularly, reaching Tier 2 at $300 adds early access and pre-orders, which let you buy new products before other shoppers. Tier 3 at $1,000 is for heavy buyers, who gain Express 2-day shipping, VIP promotional events and the gifting voucher, but the shipping perk is only a speed upgrade for orders that would already ship free. Eberjey also sells in its own stores, so shoppers who buy in person should give their loyalty details to the associate every time.
What Shopify brands can learn from Eberjey's program
Eberjey runs a program with no points at all, which keeps the setup light. Several mechanics carry over:
- Use spend thresholds as the whole program. Two clear numbers, $300 and $1,000, are enough to give members a goal. In Mage, VIP tiers can be entered on amount spent, points earned or number of orders, and up to ten tiers are possible, though three or four work best.
- Pay in access when discounts would hurt margins. Early access, pre-orders and private sales cost little. Mage tiers can carry early access to launches, sales and limited drops, and tier-specific percentage discounts applied automatically.
- Tie the shipping perk to a threshold you already have. Express shipping on $100 orders upgrades speed without adding a new cost on small orders. Mage tiers can include automatic upgraded shipping at checkout, with a maximum fee and region limits.
- Give every tier a birthday moment. A 20% birthday offer at every tier is a reason to collect the date and a reason to open the email. Mage has a Birthday Bonus that needs the customer to save their birthday, and tier-scaled birthday rewards.
- Choose how tier progress ends and say it once. A yearly reset is easy to explain. Mage lets you choose lifetime, calendar year or rolling year for tier progress, and refunds reduce spend-based tier totals, as Eberjey's returns rule does.
If you're building a VIP tier program on Shopify, Mage covers the structure above: VIP tiers on amount spent, points earned or number of orders, tier perks including early access, upgraded shipping and tier-specific discounts, birthday rewards by tier, tier progress on a calendar year, rolling year or lifetime, and automatic tagging of every member's tier in Shopify.
